About the job

As a Key Account Manager at Storyteq you are responsible for developing customer relationships to ensure retention and build out accounts. It’s about making them happy, spotting opportunities and making sure to utilize the full potential of our platform. Storyteq has a portfolio of big global brands. Your job is to ensure they are satisfied as well as help improve upon areas of underperformance. We improve the overall experience for our customers by continually driving ‘’time to value’’ faster.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as a key account manager

  • Engage in post-sales consulting to advise large clients on how they can best achieve their digital objectives through creative automation

  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for up-sells and define next steps

  • Look after big accounts with the intention to make them grow

  • First point of contact for our customers for onboarding and any service-related inquiries

  • Interact regularly with sales, project and the product development team to communicate customer feedback with actionable insights

About you

Besides fun to work with, you...

  • Are fluent (written and spoken) in English.

  • Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Communication/Media/Marketing/Behavioural Sciences)

  • Are tech-savvy and would enjoy to learn our platform inside-out

  • Are ready to step into a scale-up environment and bite into some of our large accounts and help them grow

  • Have 2-5 years of work experience in a customer-oriented role, for example as a key account manager/senior customer success manager.

  • Have commercial awareness

  • Are structured and analytical as well as a strong planner and multitasker

  • Desire to achieve success for your clients

  • Have a high sense of responsibility, both internally and towards the customer

  • Have great presentation skills

  • Have the ability to zoom out, spot and analyze key developments/opportunities.
