It takes tactical skills and perseverance to master this job, so we’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic sales development representative to support and bring our sales to the next level. Your main responsibilities:

  • Work together with your sales and marketing colleagues to finetune the communication towards the market and see where we can improve 
  • Design and execute 4 highly targeted and personalized outreach campaigns every month 
  • Generate high quality leads every month 
  • Long story short: being the unmissable link in our sales process

About you

Besides fun to work with, you...

  • Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in sales, marketing, business or a related field
  • Have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing) and are fluent in English
  • Are results-driven, energetic and able to motivate yourself to hit your targets
  • Pay attention to detail and are able to find the balance between speed and perfection

    Our selection procedure in a nutshell

    • To start with, our recruiter Sam will contact you to find out more about you by asking you for a short video submission introducing yourself and explaining why you'd be a suitable candidate for this role. 
    • If we like what we see, you'll be invited for an introductory talk with the Head of Sales, Rogier Ros. He will focus on the team fit and your general knowledge. This round will be conducted via Google Calendar. If this round is successful, you will have another interview with Rogier and another member of the team, to ensure a good fit. This interview will most likely take place at our office in Amsterdam.
    • After that, if all looks good we will finalize your offer and send it over!
